We matured this Flanders-inspired sour ale in retired wine barrels with Bing cherries from Hood River then finished it in bourbon barrels that formerly held our barleywine, Maestro. Cherry Parliament bursts with bold flavors of tart cherry pie and bourbon barrel vanillins layered over a complex base of specialty malts.
